Shipping policy


Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination country and city. 

We ship worldwide with different shipment costs to different countries and regions. To check your actual cost, you can try adding the item to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your address. This does not, in any way, commit you into making a purchase. Your order will not be confirmed until you receive a confirmation SMS or email. 

We can not take responsibility for additional charges imposed by governments upon receiving any product. Please contact your local mailing service provider for specific details.

Orders can be canceled at any point before the end of the campaign. Please send an email to support@piliplus.co with your order number if you would like to cancel.

If you have not yet received the shipping confirmation notification, we are able to update your shipping address. Please reach out to support@piliplus.co and provide relevant details, or you can start an online chat to contact the customer support team.
